HMC Matching is born following a real human encounter, being both passionate and committed by people, management
and Life Science
environment.
By Sharing our recent experiences and with our backgrounds, our conviction is that we can bring a different way to manage consulting and hiring.
Our first strength is to well understand the needs, to have a strong professional network
and to be passionate about people management.
In this world, where all companies are evolving into new models (Work organization, therapeutics, digital, mix of generations, … ), we would like to bring our clients new solutions and new approaches (pairing junior-senior, reverse hiring, end-to-end recruitment
plan, business approach,...).
